How can the administrator create a new workflow template?
If you have an administrator role, you can create a workflow template as a template that project managers will use when creating a project workflow, by importing it completely and modifying it slightly if necessary. This option is used when a certain work process is almost always the same on a large number of projects so that by selecting the form, the creation of the project workflow for each project is shortened.
In this example, we'll explain how to create a new workflow template, with multiple folders and photo placeholders.
- Log into CloseOut.
- In the Administration tab select Templates.
- The option to edit Project Workflows is automatically selected. Click the arrow next to it and select Workflow Templates.
- If you have an administrator role, the Create New button will appear. Click and enter a template name.
- On the right panel, click the + (Add node) button, and select Folder.
- Enter the number of folders that you want to create and the name of the folder.
