The New Task screen in CloseOut displays each photo that is uploaded to the projects and sites you have been assigned to, allowing you to check and quickly accept or rejected with few clicks, making it an effortless and efficient way to stay on top of recent uploads.
- Log into CloseOut app
- In the main menu, navigate to New Tasks.
- From the drop down menu, select the project(s) that you want to follow.
- If a thumbnail preview of an image is sufficient for you to determine that everything is ready for validation, simply click "Accept" for the corresponding image. If you require a closer look at an image, click on its thumbnail to access full details, including a larger preview.
Note:
You can also access images from the Control Panel>Sites.
4. Opening an image will bring you to the Control Panel, where you can view all the details and properties associated with the image, having a full access to every action that your user permissions allow, such as selecting "rejected" or "not needed" status, leaving comments, flags, drawing on the image, rotating it, inspecting the location/metadata of the photo etc.
