How to approve or reject images from New Task?

This article describes the process of working with images, and how to approve or reject them.
- Log into CloseOut as a user with the project permissions.
- In the New Tasks screen, click the image that you want to process.
Note:
You can also access images from the Control Panel>Sites.
3. Opening an image gives you access to the work item info and properties. From this screen, you can also add comments to the image, in case you need additional information or if you want to give feedback.
4. Once you review the image, you can click one of the following options:
Accept - The image meets the requirements of the project and is included in the documentation.
Reject - The image doesn’t meet the requirements of the project and field technicians must provide a new image.
Not needed - The image is not required for the project.
