CloseOut provides a central repository where you can manage all tenant-uploaded Excel templates and ENUMs. From here, you can also track where each item is used across both Project workflows and Template workflows.
Excel Templates Repository
To view your Excel templates, navigate to: Administration → XSLX Templates.
This screen displays a list of all uploaded Excel templates.
Each template in the repository includes the following options:
- Delete template: Removes the template from your tenant.
- Edit template: Upload a new or updated version of the template. Selecting this option opens a file browser, allowing you to choose a file or drag and drop a new version.
- Download: Downloads the currently active version of the template. This is useful when making updates as you can download the existing file, modify it, and reupload it as the new default version.
-
View usage: Displays where the template is used within the system. You can view usage in:
- In Projects – See all project workflows using the template
- In Templates – See all template workflows where it is applied
Selecting either option will take you to a detailed view of its usage.
ENUM Templates Repository
To view and manage ENUMs, navigate to: Administration → Settings → Enums.
This screen displays a list of all existing ENUMs within your tenant.
Each ENUM includes the following options:
- Add Value: Add new options to an existing ENUM.
- Delete: Remove the ENUM from your tenant.
- Edit: Modify the name of the selected ENUM.
-
View usage: Check where the ENUM is used within the system. You can view usage in:
- In Projects – See all project workflows using the ENUM
- In Templates – See all template workflows where it is applied
Selecting either option will take you to a detailed view of its usage.
Note
If you select “In Projects” or “In Templates” under View Usage for either an Excel Template or an ENUM, and the screen appears blank or does not display any workflows, this indicates that the item has been created but has not yet been assigned or used in any workflow.
