If you are the Admin, once you've created a new workflow template, you can customize it by copying elements (folders, photo placeholders, checklists, or document placeholders) from existing workflow templates.

1. Log into CloseOut.
2. In the Administration tab select Templates.
3. Set the dropdown menu to Workflow templates.
4. Open the workflow template that you want to edit, and click the Copy button.
   
   
5. On the left panel, select the elements that you want to copy and click Copy.
6. On the right panel, hover over the Paste button and choose where to place the copied elements (top or bottom) or cancel this action.
