Field technicians use the mobile app to document their work by uploading proof directly into workflow placeholders. These placeholders act as checkpoints. Depending on the document type, the submissions are then validated either by a reviewer (such as a manager or quality specialist) or automatically by an AI model that checks the quality against predefined criteria.

Placeholders can be in form of:

Checklists - various measurements, dates, notes, reports.

Media - photos / videos from camera or gallery 

Signature - blank piece of paper you can sign, which can be mapped to exported reports 

Sketch - draw plans, routes, sketches, notes

Document - for any kind of document you'd like to store

Placeholders can also be organized into folders and subfolders.
