The CloseOut mobile app is primarily intended for field technician users, who can use the mobile app to document proof of works on the field. and upload them for quality audit and validation. The CloseOut app is available both for Android and iOS devices at Google Play and App Store.

When you log into the CloseOut app, and open main menu, you have access to the following sections (from top to bottom):

• User Info -  Your first and last name
• Tenant - Usually the name of your company 
• GIS Works Navigator – Module intended for documenting infrastructure projects, referencing user and network elements GEO locations
• Control panel – Module intended for documenting and storing all projects with their sites and corresponding data, both for regular projects ( with sites as points on the map, and infrastructure projects, where sites can be both routes and points shown on the map )
• Time tracking – Clocking in and out at the beginning and end of your shift when you start or finish your work.
• Time history – Tracking of the work times user logged in the CloseOut app.
• Materials list – Documenting used materials during the project
• Scheduling - Check your scheduled work
• My Documents - View your up-to-date and expired documents and certificates 
• Video Call - Join Video calls and Live Video Quality Audits
• Settings - Configure RTK settings, notifications, camera, cache size, analytics and crash reporting and app interface language
• Synchronization - List of documents that failed to sync / upload 
• Notifications – Notification center, all your past notifications will be listed here
• About -  View the app version that is installed on your device
