The CloseOut app is designed with offline functionality in mind, so workers on the field can continue to use certain features even without an internet connection. This makes it ideal for operations in remote areas or anywhere internet access is limited.

This means that mobile app users are able to access the project and site structure, even when offline. To ensure that the project/site is available in the offline mode, it is crucial to schedule the site for the day. This will cache the site information on the worker's phone, allowing them to view the scheduled sites in the control panel of the CloseOut app.

Scheduled users will have full access to folder structure of the site, in-app camera, instructions for each placeholder, photos that are already in the system, and site/project documentation.  Once the CloseOut app is back online, it will synchronize and automatically upload each taken photo to it’s designated placeholder.
