How to manage notifications?

In CloseOut, you can manage your notifications based on your preferences. Whether you want to receive your notifications on your mobile, web app, or email, you can configure that in the Settings section.
- Log into CloseOut.
- On the top left corner, click on the main menu and choose Settings.
- In the Settings section, choose Notification Settings.
- In the list of predefined events for which you can configure notifications displays, click on the arrow of the specific option you want to change. By switching the toggle button, you can enable or disable notifications for a particular event. You can choose your preferred way of receiving notifications by checking or unchecking them.
Note:
Users no longer receive notifications for approved documents, only for rejected.
When the notification arrives on your mobile app, it will be indicated with a red symbol on the main menu button. You can find your notifications in the main menu under the Notification option. You will be redirected to the precise folder/placeholder by clicking on the notification.
