How can the admin copy elements from an existing workflow template?

If you are the Admin, once you've created a new workflow template, you can customize it by copying elements (folders, photo placeholders, checklists, or document placeholders) from existing workflow templates.
- Log into CloseOut.
- In the Administration tab select Templates.
- Set the dropdown menu to Workflow templates.

Open the workflow template that you want to edit, and click the Copy button.
- On the left panel, select the elements that you want to copy and click Copy.
- On the right panel, hover over the Paste button and choose where to place the copied elements (top or bottom) or cancel this action.
